Letter of Authorization

(The tenant is required to sign this Letter of Authorization (“Letter”) to authorize for their permanent home address verification and email this form at support@rentenpe.com. The tenant has right to deny and not sign the Letter if they do not want to consent to permanent home address verification.)

To whomsoever it may concern

I, ___________________ , hereby authorize 1&Dwitiya Technologies Private Limited (“RentenPe”) having its registered office at 314, Prabhadevi Industrial Estate, Sawtantra Veer Savarkar Marg, Opp Shri Siddhivinayak Temple, Prabhadevi, Maharashtra and its third party service provider, along with their designated agents and representatives to conduct an investigation with respect to my permanent home address verification and prepare a report based on the information collected (“Report”) on behalf of ___________________ (“Landlord”).

The Report may include information regarding the house address provided by me which includes verification of the details of the given address such as the house number, street name, city, state, pin code, etc., along with pictures of the house and an interaction report with family members and/or neighbours as maybe applicable and any other check as found relevant confirming the accuracy and validity of the physical address provided by me.

I further understand and agree that the Report may be obtained at any time as necessary before, during or post the term of the rental agreement entered into between me and the Landlord.

I provide my express and willful consent to RentenPe or the Service Provider along with their designated agents and representatives for the processing of any sensitive personal information belonging to me that is obtained for the purpose of the permanent home address verification as well as calling me at the phone number provided by me in case any further information is required.

I understand that some or all of the information provided in this Letter or that may be obtained through various sources during the process of the permanent home address verification will be stored as digitized or physical records for a period and for such use as may be permitted under applicable laws.

I hereby further consent to and authorize all family members, neighbors and other persons or entities having information about me to provide such information to RentenPe or the Service Provider along with their designated agents and representatives for the purpose of the preparation of the Report.

I understand that the term or offer of tenancy by the Landlord may be contingent upon the outcome of the permanent home address verification conducted on me and the Report provided to the Landlord.

The proof of address is enclosed and self-attested for reference. Any other copy of this instrument bearing my signature shall be equally legally valid as the original.

I further confirm that all the information furnished by me herein is true to the best of my knowledge.
